Timothy Winstead, AuD
Timothy Winstead, AuD, Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Tim Winstead, owner of Hearing Doctors of Georgia received his Doctor of Audiology from the University of Florida. With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Winstead’s areas of special interest include hearing aid technology and tinnitus retraining therapy. Married with two daughters, Dr. Winstead enjoys spending time with his family and playing on several recreational and church league sports teams. With 4 locations covering south Metro Atlanta, Hearing Doctors of Georgia provides full service hearing, balance and tinnitus services for all ages.
Colleen Baskett, AuD
Colleen Baskett, AuD, Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Colleen Baskett completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Georgia and received her Doctor of Audiology degree from Auburn University. Dr. Baskett has been working with the Hearing Doctors of Georgia since 2009. Dr. Baskett's specialties include cochlear implants and pediatrics. When she is not working Dr. Baskett enjoys spending time with her family, friends and two pups, Lexie and Stella. She also enjoys being outside hiking or kayaking. Her passion is traveling whether stateside or internationally.
Jennifer Tinkey, AuD
Jennifer Tinkey, AuD, Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Jennifer Tinkey completed her undergraduate degree at Pennsylvania State University and received her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of South Florida. Dr. Tinkey began working with Hearing Doctors of GA in 2015. Dr. Tinkey’s areas of special interest include hearing aid technology and pediatrics. Dr. Tinkey enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her two dogs, and watching football.
Robert Allen, AuD
Robert Allen, AuD, Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Allen received his Doctor of Audiology from Auburn University in 2015, and his Bachelors of Science from The University of Texas at Austin in 2011. He completed residency training in balance and dizziness diagnosis and treatment at the American Institute of Balance in Tampa, Florida. An Atlanta native, Dr. Allen has been with Hearing Doctors of Georgia since 2015. His hobbies include endurance racing, hiking with his wife and dog, and music. He married his wife Ashley in 2018 and is currently expecting his first child.
Grace Nance, AuD
Grace Nance, AuD, Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Grace Nance completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Georgia and received her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Louisville. She completed her residency at Stanford University Hospital and Stanford Children’s Hospital in Palo Alto, CA. She has been working with the Hearing Doctors of Georgia since 2019. Prior to joining Hearing Doctors of Georgia, she worked as a clinical pediatric audiologist at Stanford Children’s Hospital where she specialized in electrophysiology, diagnostic behavioral testing, and pediatric hearing aid fittings. Dr. Nance’s special areas of interest include pediatric and adult hearing aid services.
When she is not helping people hear, she loves to spend time with her family, friends, and dog, George. On the weekends you can find her cheering on the Dawgs at football games in Athens, soaking up the sunshine at Lake Oconee, or traveling to somewhere new and exciting.
Lakedria English, Business Manager
Lakedria English is the Business Manager. She began working for Hearing Doctors of Georgia in 2011 after previously working in healthcare for 9 years. She received her bachelor’s in healthcare management in 2009 from Clayton State University and two master’s degrees from Ashford University in Organizational Management (2012) and Business Administration in 2014. She helps manage operations at all locations. When she is not busy with Hearing Doctors of Georgia she enjoys shopping and spending time with her husband, Cedric, and two kids, Dion and Lailyn.
